Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary contact for client issues and escalate as needed.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist new customers with onboarding, training, and support.
- Gain expertise in company products to address customer needs.
- Gather customer feedback to drive product improvements.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and potential concerns.
