Candidate profile

• Strong B2B technology or SaaS writing background, with experience creating content for US and/or Canadian audiences.
• A portfolio covering both long-form and short-form content.
• Excellent research, writing, and editing skills.
• An understanding of SEO, search intent, and the B2B buyer journey.
• Local Candidates are preferable. 

Content scope

• Blogs, articles, and thought leadership
• Case studies, whitepapers, and eBooks
• Website copy, landing pages, and product messaging
• Email campaigns, newsletters, and social media content

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex technical information into clear business value.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and subject-matter experts.
• Ensure accuracy and a consistent brand voice.
• Manage multiple assignments and deadlines independently.

Experience with ERP, AI, cloud, or enterprise applications, along with content performance analysis, would be an advantage.
