Customer Success Executive

We are seeking an initiative-taking and skilled Customer Success Executive who will be responsible for proactively engaging with our clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Manage outbound calls and inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving issues and concerns promptly.

Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate client issues as needed.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers or clients, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges.

Assist new customers in getting started with a product or service, providing guidance, training, and support during the initial setup phase.

Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services to effectively address customer inquiries and provide solutions.

Provide ongoing product training and education to customers, helping them make the most of the features and functionalities.

Gather feedback from customers about their experiences and use it to inform product improvements and enhancements.

Analyze customer usage data and metrics to identify trends and proactively address potential issues or opportunities.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and written skills.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.

Positive work ethic, ambitious and enthusiastic attitude.

Experience

1+ years of experience in Customer Success in a competitive SaaS / PaaS environment.

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree.
