Sales Manager

NetScore Technologies is currently looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our growing team in Hyderabad.

 

Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.

Research NetSuite customer needs and identify how our solutions address them.

Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives.

Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and making forecasts.

Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they’re using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.

Generate leads and establish and nurture client relationships.

Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company’s global reach.

Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.

Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train, and coach them, and monitor their performance.

Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.

Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.

Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.

Qualification

 

Any Relevant Degree.

Experience as a Sales Manager (10-15 years).

Requirements

 

Five or more years of experience in managing sales in a growing software company.

Experience selling cloud ERP add on solutions- in North America/APAC regions in at least one of the following applications- NetSuite/Sage/Infor/Epicor/MS Dynamics.

Experience working with ERP/SaaS customers in Retail/Wholesale distribution/General business verticals.

Prior experience working with SMB customers is desirable.

Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Superb leadership ability.

Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders.

Has a strong sales background.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A desire to learn and grow in the channel management field.

Motivational speaking experience.

Proven success rate at levels above sales quota.

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
